i would love to thank the Quinlan Funeral Home for the respect shown during the process of taking Stephanie to the next chapter of her life. Her 15 year old daughter, Madison, noticed the respect (and the rest of the family also) shown for her mom, which brought tears to her eyes and then to everyone else’s. She commented on the fact that they laid her so gently and then covered her up with a very nice blanket and folded the cover down under her chin, and they didn’t rush. I believe the way he made sure the blanket was folded off her moms face and folded neatly under her chin is a picture she’ll carry for a long time, i know i will Thank y’all again for making this part of the process a memorable moment for us all.

Customer Please Be Aware! My father in law passed away and this was the funeral home he wanted used. Here is a break down of our experience. 1. Initial Interview - The lady handling arrangements asked the wife of the deceased who her husband was as to which she had to say the one that is dead. 2. Slide show and Obituary - The slide show of pictures was supposed to be included in the funeral package we purchased. They did not create the slide show and one of the sons was left doing it. The Obituary was full of spelling errors, grammar errors and the dates were not correct. The obituary had to be written by the daughter in law of the deceased. 3. During the Funeral - During the Funeral the funeral ladies phone rang continuously and she would not put it on vibrate or silent. This disrupted the entire service. 4. Stationary - We had to make them correct the family book three times as they kept leaving off sons, daughters and/or spelling their names wrong. We even put post it notes in the book with proper names and exactly where they should go. When we received the final product the Wife of the Deceased was not even listed, and the second oldest son was written with the wrong last name. They had to be asked twice to fix the program due to missing people. On the day of the funeral they had left off one of the sons. When it was brought the lady managing the funeral's attention. Her response was a question of if we gave her the correct information. 5. Visitation - We asked if they could move my father in laws body up a bit in the casket as he was crammed down pretty far. They agreed, but started moving his body in front of everyone. We asked them to let us all leave the chapel and then they could do it. Right before visitation the lady managing the service informed us that they did not want us to go to the grave side after the funeral the next day due to it being a small area. We informed her that we would be going to the graveside and having a service as discussed. They argued with us about and then said well only immediate family can come of no more than 10 people. We agreed on that. When we went to the graveside. The road was fine as I drove my Hyndai Sonata down it, and people were able to get in and out no problem. 6. Graveside Service - This was the worst part of the whole experience. When we got to the graveside. The did not have it set up to with the hydraulic lift that lowers the casket in the ground. They asked the pallbearers of to help push the casket to the grave and we had to lower the casket into a Polymer Vault that we had paid extra for. The funeral home sealed the Vault and while trying to lower the vault into the ground, they broke the lid and ruined the vault. The funeral home had not informed the grave side crew to bring the correct equipment for this vault. The two sons stayed out at the grave side until they funeral home could deliver a Steel Vault from Sulphur Springs. 7. The only thing that we would even say was descent about their service was that the Body was actually delivered to the Church on time. With the lack of customer service, no attention to detail, not delivering what is promised and non professionalism. Please use caution if you are looking to use this company for your funeral needs.

We had my mother's funeral there, which is something that nobody wants to have but I must say that the people that work here are amazing they went up and Beyond what you would expect to accommodate us. Normally they do not have funerals on Sunday but due to the circumstances they made an exception and did it for us. Anything that we asked or needed was taken care of. Once again I would like to say to everyone that works there thank you so very much for a wonderful and very beautiful job...
