My family has used Quernheims for decades, but I was just a visitor and never knew the details of arrangements or how they treated people in this time. Unfortunately now I know. I lost my husband and had to have him cremated and so much crazy surrounding the circumstances and so much changing I did and new stuff and questions I had. I was a complete mess. And things lingering on (NO fault to Quernheim) it was things nothing to do with them, but they were 100% compassionate, caring, understanding, helpful, flexible and everything you would want at the worst time of your life. They did everything and then some. Things I hadn't thought of. I can't say how much their compassionate and professionalism comes across like it's their family to. I felt like they TRUELY understood. You won't find anyplace better. Definitely recommend to a point, that I myself and making my plans to make sure, Quernheims handles my services when it comes my time. And to make sure they handle my son's to, cause he is ♿️ handicapped and I don't want him to go through any more trauma than necessary. So I have also chose them to handle mine & my sons on the future.
