I have mixed emotions about my experience with Pryor Funeral Home. Pryor's has been our family's funeral home for almost 100 years, but it's not the same without Mr. Neptune and of course, he couldn't live forever. Paul, who works there goes above and beyond for people. He truly does. He would be an asset to any funeral home in that area. He's very supportive and does an excellent job. He is a real people person. Another person who works there, on the other hand, is the complete opposite of Paul and I wasn't pleased with this person at all. From what I've heard, Pryor has been losing business and I can understand why. It used to be that every family within 100 mile radius used Pryor Funeral Home, now only a few do. I won't ever use them again because of this one person. When I read the obituaries in the Charleston Gazette, those who would normally go to Pryor's has gone elsewhere in the area. It did not used to be this way. Pryor's may get 1 out 25. I hope Paul finds another place to work or maybe the other person will be gone if he isn't already.

They were very unprofessional!!! They have they have very poor communication we called they would not call us back. When they came for the pickup they did not even tell us where their location was!!

The staff are the best.
