I unfortunately needed the services of Progressive Funeral Home with the passing of my mother. I was totally clueless on what needed to be done, and everyone there was so helpful and walked me through each step from beginning to end. Evon was especially helpful, kind, and understanding. I would highly recommend.

Horrible experience at a funeral for a much decorated CSM-RET. The staff was so rude and did not recognize Pastors on the program for the homegoing service. The staff was very unprofessional.

Very disappointed that this funeral home could not get a basic thing like the time of service correct. I had to call them to let them know that they posted the time of service incorrectly. Also, the directions given at the end of the service by the funeral director were horrible. Disorganized and people did not know what to do. People were driving in front of the hearse. Dissatisfied and will not be using this funeral home again for any other family member or friend. Their professional service fee was by far not equal to for their less than professional service rendered.
