What are your expectations when you go into a funeral home? I wasn't really sure especially when I've attended so many funerals in my lifetime. You'll never know until the responsibility is placed upon you. The staff at Preston's help to ease the stress by greeting me professional and without pressure. The office was warm and welcoming . The Celebration of Life that we honored was carried out as I prescribed. Thank you for the business you provide to the community and beyond.

Preston Funeral Homes went above and beyond for my husbands family. My brother in law passed away and even though he was going to another funeral home per his Last will and testament they still helped square away the insurance policy and frankly assisted my husband and brother in law with issues that were not even their problem. The customer service, the empathy, and frankly how we felt like they were helping family and made sure everything went smoothly I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Worst possible experience I have had in my entire life. I am literally TRAUMATIZED by funeral homes at this point. Originally I was not going to write a bad review as I am very easy to please and thought my concerns were reconciled but they were not. My 18 year old son was murdered in Arizona and I wanted him shipped back to Fresno California so my friends and family could say their goodbyes. McKenzie is the worst possible human being I have ever met in a time like this. She forced me into a contract for a full funeral in Arizona saying that I had to purchase a brand new casket, have obituaries and flowers etc after I specifically said I do not want a funeral here and I just lost my dad and did not want to see any flowers at all because it was a lot of work bringing them home after his service. She said I had no other options, I asked her specifically if we could do a rental casket for a viewing as my son would be cremated in California. She informed that they don't have rentals and that the funeral home in California would be stuck with extra caskets and that happens all the time just to get a sale. She was also rude and snooty treating me like I was purchasing a used car when my only child was just murdered. The owner apologized and said she would fix everything and also had me meet her to give her cash,which was strange and EXTREMELY inconvenient for me but I just wanted all of this to be over so I went to the bank and gave her cash. She isn't into electronic payments because she does not know about them and I believed her as she is an older woman, she ensured that everything was taken care of and even removed a fee. Little did I know they absolutely do not care about people and have no concern for dead bodies or people's time. When I arrived in my home town for my son's celebration of life he was not here and was still in Arizona. My family drove and flew in from all over for this day and we had no idea where my son was after I was assured everything was ok. I called and was told they did not ship my son's body (Blaming The Other Funeral Home) which is a lie because the other funeral home has been very honest, great and responsive and we spent this entire weekend not knowing where my son was. On top of his dead body being stuck at the airport all weekend because they shipped him the same day, this has been an insane experience. These people have zero love in their hearts for those grieving, zero respect and will do anything for a few extra bucks. They go home happily to their families while they leave individuals minds in a place of disgust. I wouldn't leave anyone in the hands of this funeral home. I was extremely nice, very patient and now after one full month I am overly disappointed. Their has been no closure and we had a full celebration of life party with no idea where my son was. At this point my family has gone home and did not even get to say proper goodbyes to my son. My heart is cold and can't even stomach being treated like this. HORRIBLE!!!!! I have to plan an entirely new celebration of life because this one was pointless, they never shipped my son...... Please go anywhere but here!
