I highly recommend Powles Staton Funeral Home for the final farewell of your loved one/s. Choosing a funeral home while you are grieving is hard to do but of course you have to do it. We chose to go with Powles Staton because my mom was a veteran and they have great packages for veterans, as well as very special funeral services for veterans. They did a great job making her look like herself. They were very compassionate and worked with us financially, they made everything special from beginning to end, and I know my mother would be proud. She was buried with full military honors and they make sure everything is lined up for that. They also lined up the Patriot Guard Riders (a volunteer group of Veteran Motorcycle riders who escort the funeral procession), which we were very grateful for. They were so respectful and caring, and they do this several times a week. Also they had several officers for the funeral procession. It is very hard losing a loved one but Powles Staton does an extraordinary job making their final farewell very special.

Excellent service, beautiful venue and overall a great experience during such a difficult time. Will Staton helped us out with the burial of my father in law. He was very understanding, accommodating and helpful. I appreciate that he didn’t put pressure on us on any decisions and made things as easy as possible. The rest of the staff was great during the wake and funeral too. The facilities is beautiful and spacious - I couldn’t have been happier with the set up! Overall, I felt like we were listened to, well taken care of and our loved one was treated with great respect. Appreciate all that was done and definitely recommend this family owned business to you and your family.
