I lost my baby boy a few weeks ago and had him come here. The owner is very respectful and very caring!

Funeral homes are never a place that is enjoyable. Regrettably, parking is horrible and poorly laid out. The funeral home is on more than 1 level, the problem is many people do not know there is a lift in lue of the stairs, and not there isn't always someone who works there to help you work or find the lift. The staff members there when visiting our loved one seemed to be in another world, and a few people complained because they were unable to find someone to direct them to the restrooms and if someone was found, they were less than helpful. The restrooms were clean, as was the funeral home in general. Many funeral homes offer bottles of water and will refill the tray once empty, however. We pretty much had to beg to get the water table refilled.

Thank you to John, Mary, Terri and Alyssa for the kind, caring service they provided this year for both our mother and brother. The compassion and professionalism of their staff was noticed by our family and friends. We highly recommend the Modetz funeral homes.
