I cannot say enough good things about Britt. He has gone above and beyond. We live out of state and he made this difficult time so much easier. I work in the funeral industry so I have high expectations which were blown away. I appreciate his kindness, patience, and honesty. He communicated with us every step of the way. He let us know who was picking up our dad, when we arrived at his funeral home, and how he looked. He organized the Military Honors Service. His staff were a joy to be around. Every step of the way he has been there. Today I opened the mail and found he made bookmarks with our dad’s obit and poem. I would recommend Gilbert Funeral Home over and over again. Britt is so caring . He and his wife are the best. My husband Michael Hardman passed away on 11/10/2020, I had never meet Britt before and i call him at 330 in the morning and he went straight to Sumner Hospital and got him, no question asked about money or anything I was very pleased with the way my love looked .Britt cut his hair and shaved him just like he always looked.
