I had both of my brother's funeral services there. The ladies were cordial and empathetic. Offered the best service at our time of need during our moment of need.

1st of all my experience was the worst experience of my life. I lost my daughter an decided to put her in this funeral parlor because of my past experience with my father and my uncle. This woman indicated she has been in the business 26 years and it is time for her to give it up. I had to do my daughter’s makeup and hair because she looked entirely unpresentable and she indicated that she had an outside person do the makeup and hair, it was clear to me that she didn’t have anyone skilled enough to do my daughters hair which she claimed was matted from the Donor agency and that my daughters horrible expression was because of the machines used to keep her organs alive. Her make up was done 2 shades lighter than my daughter. I spent 2 1/2 hrs preparing my daughter and I was late to her funeral because of it. She demanded that the guests wear masks and I had to supply them. She didn’t want anyone under 12 when my daughter had a brother and a sister that were 1 and 5 years old respectively. She treated my guests very rudely pinpointing them to put on their masks. She harassed my daughter’s father and I telling us that our insurance would not pay her if the medical examiner listed pending as the cause of death. That she was doing me a favor by letting my daughter be viewed. The medical examiner finally talked to her. I am looking for an itemized contest for what I was billed for and will be taking her to court. There was no compassion for our loss and she charged close to $20,000. My daughter is now at peace but I pray that this lady never has to suffer what she put us through with her own family, but then again she should.
