Sadly, I had to use Platt Memorial Chapels services this week. All I can say is what a great operation. From no pressure sales, to perfect execution down to including all the little details I never thought of (i.e thank you cards, etc). When they called to say the death certificates were available, they asked if i wanted them delivered. They hand delivered them 30 minutes later. At a time of sorry and crazy business, Platt made everything all the easier.

My family is very grateful to Harry and everyone at Platt Funeral Home in their handling of my mother's funeral. The funeral was out of town which required extra attention and coordination, and this was done seamlessly. The entire staff was extremely respectful of our wishes and lightened our load through a difficult time.

Harry Platt and his Dad were extremely professional and helped us through a very difficult time. Our family had a service that was a little out of the ordinary where the service was at a school. Harry and his team worked with the school, arranged everything and allowed us to not worry about anything. Giving 5 stars for Platt Memorial Chapels is an understatement. They took care of us. They made sure we were ok. They made sure the service and burial was more than the best it could be. Thank you.
