Emma and Elizabeth are wonderful! My father in law and mom passed away within a few months of each other and they both were so kind and patient with me. They answered my questions and gave me information they knew I needed before I knew I needed it! They asked how I would like to be contacted and texted me after that which was great. It was a terrible time and they made it easier. I also wanted to compliment Tom and Ken who came to pick up my mom. She passed away at home. They were so kind and considerate. My husband and I are now putting together our final arrangements with Pillsbury Phaneuf so our family does not have to because of the wonderful staff and I HIGHLY recommend Pillsbury Phaneuf Funeral Home.
