The service provided by Campbell Funeral home staff was unbelieveable! They all went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for during our time of loss. There was thorough communication ahead of time with Stacy to make sure every detail of the service was attended to. We had a grave side service and Stacy made sure we had a sound system with podium, speaker, chairs, and the like. She even kept an eye on the weather in case we needed a tent for the event. There was excellent coordination with the Town of Gloucester regarding the grave site and care of stone, as it needed some work before the service. We were greeted upon arrival and Stacy set up all the items we brought with us while we acknowledged arriving guests. They did not rush us at all even though the service had to start a bit late due to a family member arriving late and the service was longer than expected. Little extras included a personalized gift book which was just delightful and Stacy picked up a couple of local newspapers for us as we lived at quite a distance. They are very professional yet very personal and caring and we would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a great experience dealing with a funeral home who goes above and beyond to please.
