We had a very positive experience with Piedmont Funeral Home during a difficult time in our lives. We had the forethought to make full arrangements a couple of years ago so that when we actually did lose my mother recently everything was already taken of and we didn't have to make those difficult decisions with a broken heart. PFH was kind, caring, empathetic. During and following services they have continued to exhibit the same level of care. Their customer service is exemplary!

Absolutely adore the staff and they went above and beyond what they could've for me when my mother passed away. Everything was beautiful and I couldn't have asked for a better service. They respected the fact that I am not Christian and that my mother was and that I wouldn't be attending the chapel part of her service because of my spiritual beliefs. They did not make me feel judged or anything of the sort they in fact made me feel like I had a family within their staff. Stan and Rick were so sweet and they just welcomed me with open arms.
