From the very beginning of my family's experience here, the Piatt family went out of their way to help us through a difficult time. From the professionalism and expert guidance of their staff to the comfort of their beautiful facility, their efforts made us feel at ease. All of our questions were answered throughout the arrangement process and their advice allowed us to feel confident in our selections. Their kindness and caring showed at every turn, including simple gestures like the complimentary portrait of my uncle. On top of everything else, we were not pressured to make any selections that we couldn't afford and felt as though the final costs were very reasonable. Nobody wants to lose a loved one, but the folks at Piatt's made our difficult time much easier to manage. We would surely recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need.
