They missed the deadline to place the obituary in the Sunday paper, then blamed the newspaper. No piano in the chapel, so I had to bring my keyboard. Only one input, so I had to bring my own mixing board to have both a microphone for a vocalist and the piano amplified. I should have brought my own amplifier because the speakers were old with no dynamic range. Video screen was small-ish with only the built in speaker (no house sound) so it was hard to see and hear from the back of the chapel. Staff told me I "should have come yesterday to test it out" when I live three hours away. After all of that, I was told, "now you can smile" when they finally got the audio to play on my video. Right. Before. Dad's. Funeral. A little compassion would have been helpful. You'd think that would be in their skill set.

Great friendly staff. Get your pre-need done now before it's too late and it cost you more later.
