Working with Roan Family Funeral Home was my first experience with needing funeral services. We worked with Katie on planning my mother's funeral and final events. The events were stunning and meaningful to all who attended. We didn't have a lot of information about the process or what my mother would have wanted, but I feel like we made all the right choices because Katie helped us understand everything, answered questions honestly and in a straightforward manner, and truly took a lot of the mental and physical load off us so we had the space to process our loss. I was very impressed by the level of detail Roan Family put into everything and so grateful at how seamlessly and professionally they were able to take the lead when we just didn't know how to accomplish this type of event. People who attended my mother's final services also commented on the personalized details added to the event. I'm so happy with the lasting memories that Katie and the Roan Family Funeral team helped to give our family and friends during a really difficult time. Roan Family Funeral Home and the Funeral Director, Katie, did a fantastic job helping me coordinate funeral services for my dad. Katie was very compassionate and supportive through the whole experience, and was very professional in providing information, caring for arrangements, and going above and beyond to make it easy on us to get things done. I was impressed by the quality of care, quality of materials provided (prayer cards, guestbook, memorial candle, and DVD slideshow keepsake), and the cozy and clean appearance of the funeral home. I thought the costs of services were very reasonable, especially given the high quality of service. If and when we need these services again in the future, we will be returning to Roan Family Funeral Home. We highly recommend others to consider them as well.
