Was shocked at how little they cared. A simple cremation and 5 minute reading by their pastor at the burial with no funeral service was over $4,000. They charged over $2,000 more for other bare minimum items. The 2 employees were flippant from day of hire to the end. There is no overall manager. Each hiring of their services has their own manager that takes advantage of your grief. Do not use this funeral home.

the funeral of Karen Vermillion was the worst service I ever attended. The night of viewing there were no pamphlets for the people to have. The body in the casket did not look like Karen, the hair was wrong the makeup was not right. They had pictures to look at for reference. At the cemetery no pamphlets for people to have that were there. No guest book to sign, so the family would know who was there. In all the worst, and ill prepared funeral I was ever attended. This funeral home charged me triple the money that most funeral homes charge for a simple cremation. Never dealing with a funeral of a close family member I feel I was taken advantage of and scammed. Do not use their services.
