In a time of loss which funeral home you choose can be a challenging decision. I was at first told not to go with this funeral service regarding price. In desperation, I decided to follow through with choosing this service. Although my experience was decent and the staff was for the most part kind and helpful, shortly after everything was said and done I began receiving emails stating the remaining due payment. They told me there was no rush with getting the payment handled. That soon began to be a lie. Even after the payment being fully covered (within the same year), I still began to receive emails stating they never received full payment ( under 1000$) I was then basically threatened that they would go further and take it to higher ups even though "they would hate to see that happen" I remained professional, took screenshots and replied to all emails to then check back into my emails to find that any previous messages back and forth with the funeral home and funeral director had been "blocked". This was my first funeral I had ever had to put together and did everything like they asked for. Because of this I will no longer be going to them for funeral service help and I will also not be referring ANYONE to this funeral home. I strongly believe that all they care for is the money. Not to mention even though I asked for light music to be played during the service, I arrived to a silent and very sad scene. With all this being said, be sure to pick the very best service for your loved ones and be aware of the scams that might follow.

Tom and his staff were wonderful! Very caring, helpful, and thoughtful, during the wake and the funeral, class act. I never left a review before, but because Tom and his staff were incredible, im leaving a review. it was a difficult time for us and what we had to deal with,and Tom and his staff made our experience less painful. I highly recommend them.

Although the experience of losing a loved one is never good, the way Perry's Funeral team treated my mother in law's wishes, was amazing. They anticipated all our questions, and met all her requests. She was very natural and very beautiful. Thank you for all your kindness.
