We recently lost my nephew and it was very unexpected. Jim O'Donnell was so compassionate and patient with us. My family hasn't organized a funeral since 1996. In your shock and grief, you forget all the little details that need to be addressed. Jim was on top of everything, his communication was superb. The entire staff at Pelham Funeral Home was superior. We were able to honor my nephew exactly as he would have wanted.

At a most difficult time for our family, Jim O'Donnell and his team were absolutely professional and compassionate. Everything was handled with discretion, privacy and respect. They were a glance away if needed for assistance, yet gave us the feeling that the Home was completely ours to receive our guests. My mother looked peaceful and beautiful in repose; they really did a superb job. They helped us with information we hadn't thought to ask about, and let us know what was available, including costs, then let us discuss and choose in private. My Grandson was here this ,past week. We were and are devastated. I have to say Jim the owner could not have been nicer, more caring and truly concerned for,my daughter. He was wonderful and we appreciate him and all the staff there. This is a wonderful funeral home. We can not thank them,enough for all there help and compassion.
