I called Hannah knowing my mom was going to pass away . She explained how the process worked . She was so kind , caring compassionate, helpful . When I emailed her or called her she picked up right away and emailed right back . After my mom passed she kept me informed of everything that was going on . This is my first ever google review and I felt compelled to leave one finally because the people at this business, Peaceful Reflections, were so incredibly kind and helpful to us in the aftermath of my daughter’s death. Hannah gave us the bare minimum price (compare this to another place we checked, which wanted to charge us almost 3 times as much), and did so much work to follow up with the hospice company so she could get us the death certificate in a timely fashion. Hannah also stayed open late to allow my family members to come say one last goodbye to our little Sparrow and hold her. When I turned over my daughter to Hannah, she held her with such reverence and tenderness, which gave me so much unexpected comfort. Hannah and her family even attended her memorial service, and months later, helped transfer the ashes from the temporary plastic urn to the really nice bronze one we got. If you are looking for a cremation business that will treat you well, this is it.

Hannah knew the entire process with the hospital, organ donation facility, morgue, health department, paperwork, etc. The form I needed to fill out was easy to complete, and the payment arrangement was also simple (and much less than I thought it would be).
