As we all know going to the funeral home is never a fun process, it’s hard, painful and so heart wrenching. But, when it comes to Erin and the folks at Parks Brothers in Stroud they hold your hand and ease your heart and help you through the process. Erin sat down with my sons, myself and our daughter-in-love and helped us make the arrangements for my sweet husband. What I thought would take forever was done relatively quickly with a few tears shed we honored him. From that day to the service and the days after Parks Brothers staff have reached out to me making sure I was okay, if I needed anything in this grieving process. They have truly cared about me as I navigate my new normal.

Parks Brothers was so very kind and helpful when my father passed away. I had to plan his funeral living out of state but Erin and her team did a great job helping through the process and were there for anything I needed. They even checked in with me a few days after the funeral to make sure we got back home safely and to see how we were doing. Great, friendly, caring people!
