This place needs professional help with staffing, marketing, website... This day and time even a small town funeral home should be able to have updated customer service and at least a functional website. I pray I never need this company services. My Lord! i gave a 2 star cause the gentleman that answered the phone was kind and did his best to help with the questions I had. SMH!!

I chose this company to help bury my Mother in January of this year, here it is August and I still haven’t received her death certificate! I’ve called numerous times concerning it, and all I’m ever told is I’ll call you back! I can’t close out important business matters due to their carelessness! They are very good before you pay but after you pay good luck with working with them!
