The lady at the desk was absolutely rude and disrespectful! My husband and I was out of town 4 hours away so we couldn't come in on Tuesday late afternoon the 9th of April to see his sister with the rest of the family because we were out of town and there was going to be no services or anything we were just all going to see her one last time. I talked to the owner Jennifer on the phone that day. Jennifer said we couldn't come on Wednesday 10th because she had a meeting out of town but but we can come on Thursday the 11th which is today before 2:00 pm. I was there at 10:20 a.m. and the lady at the desk said they were already cremating her and I told her Jennifer said I had it till 2:00 today because I couldn't do it the 2 days before because the 9th the funeral home is already closed and on the 10th she had a meeting out of town. The rude disrespectful secretary called Jennifer and told Jennifer on the phone and I quote cuz I was standing right in front of her "Anna Daniels is here in front of my face and said she was here to see Brenda Trussell!" Then she hung up the phone with Jennifer the owner of the funeral home. The secretary told me there's not nothing they could do because she's already being cremated. How dare that secretary be so disrespectful during a time like this. We drove 4 hours up here so we can see her before 2:00pm like the owner Jennifer said! So we are here 4 hours before 2:00pm and they are already cremating her so we didn't get to see her before they did it like the owner said that we could! The secretary never said I'm sorry or nothing and I was 100% respectful to her! My family will never use this Funeral Home again! It's hard enough to lose the a family member and then a place you think that would be totally respectful and understanding wasn't at all!

We had our Grandmother's services with Kruger Coan Pape and I can't say enough about how organized and professional they are! They really went above and beyond what we were expecting! Jen and Michael took the lead and were so accommodating which was nice during our difficult time. Very honest and fair with pricing to! I highly recommend them!

A big thank you and kudos to Jen and Michael. My family held my grandfather's service here in the midst of COVID. They did a fantastic job respecting our family's wishes, and keeping things as "normal as possible" in the middle of a national emergency. I'm glad that other members of my family are planning on using their services in the future, and would recommend them to others without reservation.
