Joe and his team there were fantastic handling ALL of the arrangements for my Father's service/burial. Understanding, friendly and thoroughly professional. They made a difficult time so much easier, and never a hint of trying to take advantage of people during difficult times. Very highly recommended. 👍🙏

My family and I adore Joe, he was wonderful with the details of dealing with my brothers death. I felt bad because I asked him a question about dogs that he did not have, and only much later remembered that his brother was not in the funeral director business. But, when a loved one died, one’s brains do not function at full capacity. Unfortunately joe contracted covid, as he knew my father very well, they agreed to wait a week to finish the financial transaction . When we arrived at the funeral home an older blonde woman asked my father for payment. ( lmy father explained the situation) she asked for money after the first quarter of the service the woman again offered for them “ to step outside” another time she asked for” a chat” later for “ half the money”.,after the pastor spoke and friends were gathered she again inserted herself into the conversation. My father explained AGAIN that he and joe Mull had settled on a payment date. This woman continued to badger us all through the service and even followed my family out to the car under the pretext of carrying flowers. SiX times This was absolutely in appalling taste .the funeral service lasted only an hour and was a cremation. SiX times my father was asked for the remainder of money .My mother was crying, my father was unhappy ( of course it was an awful day anyway) HOWEVER . No one on the day of putting their son to rest should be badgered in this fashion. There was no class, compassion or even the pretense of it. I debated writing this. It has been a year, but every funeral director I have spoken to about the experience to gain perspective on it, has been suitably horrified. This was the worst example of being reminded that death is an “ industry “I have ever seen.

I worked with Joe mostly but me barb... they were amazing, friendly helpful and accommodating. I love in a different state and they made it a easy as possible to organize everything.
