I highly recommend Palm Mortuary Northwest. We were handled with care and respect by everyone we encountered. My mothers service was better than I could have hoped for. If you choose them for your loved ones, you will be in good hands. They have plenty of room to accommodate larger gatherings.

My family and I had an exceptional experience with this Palm Mortuary location. Sam S. is an incredible funeral director. Everything was explained thoroughly, and Sam has the patience and attentiveness of a saint. Everything was as described and done with our satisfaction in mind. We feel that the costs were very fair for the most part as well. We will always recommend this location to those asking for help with final arrangements. I am not surprised that they have so many good reviews. The location is beautiful and peaceful and your loved one deserves to have their final celebration at a location such as Palm North Jones. In a gesture of love, unburden your family-consider prearranging your post-mortem needs. This will take tremendous stress off them during a time of grief. Also, it will allow you to have input into your celebration of life and how you want your remains to be handled-burial versus cremation. Palm Northwest Mortuary staff and associates assisted our family in securing our pre-planned needs. They are a part of the Dignity group. We worked with their staff Amrita and with their associate Mel to get this done. They were patient and supportive in this process, sensitive to our exact needs and budget. They answered our questions. We did not get pressured- we felt we were treated as individuals and not as a number. Additionally, we assisted our neighbor whose husband recently died- she used Palm Northwest Mortuary and we noted how they treated her well. Highly recommend that you talk about this subject while you are well and get a plan of action (although it is hard and not a real savory topic) —we are all going to pass away someday— pre planning and leaving this smoothly organized is truly a gift of love for your loved ones. When a person one loves passes away with their post-mortem plans pre-made, then one can just focus on the grief and not need to mix it with business at that time.
