The staff at Ott and Lee in Brandon were incredible. The director Tony helped walk me through each step of the process . He provided all the information and not once was he ever pushy or try to up sale . He even helped me get my dad buried in the cemetery I wanted. This was a very stressful and very emotional process but with Tony’s help ,it went so smoothly. He and his staff stayed in contact with me until after the services .

The staff at Ott and Lee were wonderful. They were very compassionate and did everything we asked in a timely and kind manner. They offered suggestions and went out of their way to honor our requests. Their kind nature truly helped us in coping during a very difficult time. The staff at Ott and Lee in Brandon were very professional when helping me and my sons to bury my husband, Gene Thomas. Tony Gilmer and Pat Matthews took as much time as we needed. They got all the info needed, took us to look at caskets and then explained all the prices for the service we wanted. The visitation was at Ott and Lee the night before the funeral where we saw Gene for the first time in the casket and his body looked like he was sleeping. Th staff there was very attentive to be sure I was ok. The day of the funeral Ott and Lee took care of our family as well as making sure the service was exactly what we wanted. My family and I were very impressed and thankful for their compassion and service.
