I worked with Michael at the funeral home when my mom passed in early May this year. We went in to discuss service options a day before she passed. He was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, kind, patient and overall showed genuine empathy during our sad time. We didn’t know when the day was going to come when she would pass as she was in hospice so we knew it would be soon. Michael gave us his direct number should any questions come up. When mom passed, our chaplain got a hold of him and Michael went into help mode immediately and personally picked up my mom from her hospice and transported her to the cremation center. Going through this whole process is daunting but he really made it a much better experience than I anticipated. Everyone at the funeral home did. You could tell they cared.

My father passed away unexpectedly last month. Cremation Society of Illinois and Olson Burke-Sullivan were very compassionate and helpful in making all the necessary arrangements for cremation and memorial. They definitely removed some stress from a very difficult time for our family.

Found this place to be extremely nice and Tastefully put together without the overkill of the big heavy drapes and all of the other traditional American Furniture Overkill design that most homes have this place is really calming makes you feel calm during a what is a sad event also very clean very helpful very organized as far as I was concerned
