The staff was friendly and accommodating to my family’s needs and requests throughout the entire process, even up to the last minute before the service. I’ve been to Oak Hill funeral home many times. It’s been my experience to be treated with nothing less than respect and dignity to the highest degree. The staff, the concern and the dedication to comfort families during a time of adjustment is a blessing to my family when the staff is called upon.

When we arrived at my mother’s burial, the funeral home hadn’t even been there. There was only a hole in the ground, a piece of plywood to cover it and a pile of dirt. There was no vault, tent, chairs, flowers or anything. It was a nightmare.
