Devin Woodyard was sensitive, kind and compassionate. We are all devastated to lose my mother. The thought of planning a funeral was dreadful. One thing we were all worried about was being in a high pressure sales situation during our time of grief. We had been in that situation before and it made a difficult time so much worse. Devin helped us to plan a practical yet personal funeral and honor my beautiful mother. At no time did we feel pushed to spend more money or do anything we were not comfortable with. Devin gave us suggestions when we needed them but reminded us many times that whatever we wanted to do is the right thing to do. He also was very helpful in setting up our photos and my mother's artwork prior to friends and family arriving. The facility is clean, classy and tastefully decorated.

We were exceptionally pleased with the services provided by the O R Woodyard team. They thoroughly guided us through the process and were very compassionate and understanding in this very difficult time for us. They took excellent care of our loved one.
