Attended a wake this evening and cannot say enough about the care and consideration of the staff. My dad has a hard time walking and the staff made sure that we not only directed to the accessible entrance but also encouraged us to essentially “cut” the extremely long line. Thank you Norton Memorial for your service and thank you to those waiting in line that allowed this accommodation for my dad. Class act. Thank you.
