When I say, I would not have made it through the shock of my mother passing without Lucinda and her team. My sister, dad and I felt so overwhelmed prior to walking in and meeting Lucinda. Once we met Lucinda all of our worries went away. She answered our (extensive) list of questions and was prompt with all responses. Lucinda’s team was so gracious with us each time we were on site, making sure the family was taken care of and helped to provide resources to help us through our grief. Picking a funeral home while processing the passing of a loved one, if you are trying to decide or teetering between two, I promise you that Northside Chapel is the right choice.
