Although the circumstances were very tragic for us, Ron and his team definitely made this process very comforting. Not only did Ron thoroughly explain everything, he was very patient. He showed empathy. I have so many positive things to say and I am very grateful that we chose them for my father’s funeral. Ron, keep doing what you’re doing.. I will always be very appreciative for all of your help.

I want to start of by thanking Ronald for his kindness and professionalism in such a difficult and unexpected loss. When a sudden and unexpected death happens, you don’t know where to start, and who to turn to, from the moment I walked into his office, he was very knowledgeable, understanding and covered every step of preparation, and documents that would need to be taken care of on my end. The funeral home is updated, large, and very clean, and throughout the wake, Ron and his team made sure everyone was comfortable, had water, and everyone’s needs were met. Thank you, Ron, for being a phone call or text away, and helping us make this difficult process easier.

When my dad unexpectedly passed away, we were so lost as to what to do. We had attended funerals there before and so we choose to work with Norris-Segert Funeral home, and I am so glad we did. Ron and his team guided us through one of the hardest times of my families life. He was so compassionate, communicative and worked diligently to take as much off our plates as possible, which was such a relief. He arranged the priest for us, got us connected with the cemetery and made sure everything was set there, helped us with the obituary, got us death certificates, helped us figure out flowers, gave us tons of resources on things we would need to take care of, and gave us thank you cards/guest book and other items afterwards. He even had a smooth process for uploading images to make a slide show so all we had to do was submit them. His expertise, kindness and hard work made it as smooth as it could be and made it exactly what we feel our Dad would have wanted.
