We set up an appt. Ended up having to cancel because of all the things going on with my terminally Ill stepfather, we’ve never been so stressed in our lives and when we called to make a new appt. Nobody answered or ever called back, we tried for several days to no avail. N&W should be shamed of themselves for putting us through that and having to find a new funeral home. I understand you’re running a business, but that’s not an excuse for blowing us off.
