My mom passed Nov.2022. This company was to place a small plaque on headstone with death date. So far, nothing. After numerous calls by me & the funeral director, & lane excuses by then as to why it’s not done.. we told them if it’s not done by 4/26/24, we will find another company. This has caused more heartache & stress to already losing a loved one,& is so disrespectful.. if I could give zero stars I would!
