I wanted to express my concerns regarding this specific branch on Mulberry St. My friend's father recently passed away and unfortunately this place was the only option that worked for them. My friend had so many issues with the manager, Weng Chan. Mr. Chan expressed no empathy or compassion throughout the whole ordeal. I mean, people that come here are grieving, if you make the whole situation worst off for them when they are dealing with enough, that shows what kind of person you are. He was rude, condescending and talked down to people. To make matters worse, he would ask for tips without even providing any real service/guidance. It was heart breaking to witness my friends grieving and still had to deal with this disservice. Do better! I would not recommend this place as I wouldn't want anyone to experience the rude service this location provided.

I got scammed there. Do not go there. Scammers are everywhere. I called about my question for donating money during the funeral. why do ppl donate money during the funeral and later on got bullied by the family? I believe that bad things will happen to that family. The "Moy" family remember my name!

They let us chill while we warmed up waiting for an Uber. Respectable.
