Bob and his son Dane were amazing to work with. My Mom passed away suddenly and unexpectedly and Bob was so kind and attentive to her and us and our needs and concerns. It honestly felt like we were his only customers with how he made us feel. He was so kind and respectful in explaining the processes and his services were done quickly and efficiently. He went the extra mile to get her fixed up quick so that one of my sisters who couldn’t stay til the funeral could come have a private viewing. If you have to use a funeral home, avoid this one. Not only are they rude but they will bamboozle you with fees that are ridiculous. The owner has no morals and will smile to your face then slide a slick dagger in your back. BE very aware of all the bogus fees they charge and so called service they provide, having dealt with 2 different funeral homes in less than 6 months this is by far the worst.
