I feel compelled to share my experience with New Orleans Funeral & Cremation Services. From the very beginning, I felt a sense of “We Care”. Each time I spoke with Lilly (Office Manager), both her tone and words were always comforting and never rushed. She was kind and patient, answering any and all questions; and if she didn’t have the answer, she would call Ms. Tracy right then and there and rest assured she would. Ms. Tracy was also kind and patient, never rushing me off the phone when I would call her about anything. This was such an overwhelming and heartbreaking time for me, but I have to say they helped make it a little better. Their level of professionalism over exceeded my expectations. The establishment is welcoming, clean, and I couldn’t have asked for them to do a better job presenting my sister for the last time. I want to thank Ms. Tracy and Lilly with all sincerity for a job well done; you are appreciated more than you could ever know. Keep doing what you’re doing: Your Work Matters!! You Matter!!

I recently had my mother's memorial service at New Orleans Funeral & Cremation Home. The service was so beautiful. My mother wanted to be cremated , so Ms Tracey was so compationate and helpful and she made a very difficult time easy and stress free. Total horrible experience from start to finish the director (Tracy) can not communicate with family of deceased very arrogant...the husband and owner (Gary) are not a good team or business as far as customer satisfaction is concerned especially when you aren't spending for more than the standard cremation ceremony... wish I could give a negative rating...spend your money elsewhere...fooled me because the place looks really nice, clean and modern and during these type of time you don't really notice that the staff isn't trained to handle the care of people in their time of grief ...
