My father James Moore died yesterday and I was at the hospital I flew in from Fort Knox ky Louisville ky i ask to see my father one more time the person had to leave that usually shows the body but he said the secretary could show me take me back there but she refused she was nasty cold and disrespectful you should not send anyone you care about there if i had a choice I would not send my family members to this place there customer service is terrible there ability to emphasize is non existent and customer service skills are non existent if your love one dies make sure you send the body somewhere where where they care about especially the children of the deceased!!
