Our experience with this funeral home was great from the moment they were notified about the passing of my grandmother. They were very attentive and professional. Mrs. Terry carefully explained all of our options during the initial consultation. There was no question or request that was not attended to. Observing the initial removal our loved one’s body, makeup application, interactions with reception staff and the execution of the service I truly feel that they truly operate from a place of compassion with a spirit of excellence. I appreciate what you all have done for my family on today.

My family and I had a memorial service today, July 11, 2024, in the Chapel of Nelms Memorial Funeral Home. First, I want to say that all of the interactions with the people at the funeral home leading up to the service were excellent! I was able to do everything via phone and text with no problems. Second, the assistance provided by the staff during the service from beginning to end was exceptional! The entire process was so satisfying and seamless that I didn’t even notice we were celebrating the life and passing of our beloved brother! I attended my grandmothers funeral a week after Mother’s Day! It was the worst experience of my life. If I could rate this funeral home ZERO stars I would. No tents were set up not to mention it was raining, they did not have the company to come to bury my grandmother appropriately. When asked and expressed concerns the blame was put on someone else.
