While they do do a good job they are still a conglomerate or owned by a conglomerate & I don't believe in any funeral home being owned by a conglomerate, that is why I give it 1 star. I am from down south where there are still quite a few a good many strictly family owned & operated funeral homes that do a much better job that are more hospitable & a much better bedside manner if you will with the deceased or dying persons loved ones than any conglomerate owned funeral home & it is extremely unfortunate that many funeral homes all over the country are selling out to conglomerates. A strictly family owned & strictly family operated funeral home is always the best way to go.
