The support system at Neeld Funeral Home made a difficult time easier with all their caring staff. They were very professional and considerate. Our family especially appreciated Mike Neeld who is compassionate and respectful. He was very helpful with all of our concerns.

The funeral home i heard was good before his son took over. The guy immediately wants to know about money and life insurance, even though theres multiple life insurance policies he kept insisting we provide proof. He was very impatient and seemed like thats all he cared about, was very rush rush. We only used this place because it was our loved ones wish but i dont think they knew about the guy running the place because i knew within 10 seconds of meeting i didnt like the guy. So basically the guy inherited the business from his father and doesn't care about anything but your money and you should go somewhere else like mccolaugh down the street.

It was my sister in laws funeral. The service was the most disappointing funeral I have seen. The service lasted a mere 15 min and the staff seemed to be in a hurry for the service to be over. My wife and her family were standing next to the casket saying their goodbyes as I and a few other family members were standing in the back talking, waiting for the family to finish . The funeral home staff asked us to leave the building. I stated that we were family. He seemed aggravated that we weren’t leaving. He asked us a couple more times to leave , when I finally stated that my wife was the sister of the deceased. Which finally made him leave us alone. At the graveside the funeral staff seemed to be impatient. Bill Taylor
