Mullins Funeral Home recently handled the cremation/funeral arrangements for my dad. We had the privilege of working with Kayla, who was kind, caring, respectful and professional at every step of the way. While some of my dad's arrangements had been previously determined, there were so many nuances to the process that my mom, my brother and I had not planned for - questions not anticipated, decisions not made. And, yet with the expert guidance (and patience!) of Kayla, we were able to create a service and arrangements that were not only a loving tribute to my dad, but one that he would have approved of as well as they stayed true to his wishes. Every staff member we encountered (office staff, parking attendants, other directors - absolutely everyone!) treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. I have attended Mullins multiple time with various family members but this week I and my aunt had to arrange my fathers burial. From the moment I walked in till today when they placed my dads ashes in the ground my dads remains and my family were treated with the upmost respect. I was able to be involved in all aspects of the services and I was even allowed to assist with the burial process. That was very comforting to me. I definitely recommend Mullins.
