Mt. View Mortuary & Cemetery were exceptional. It was much easier than I thought to make arrangements. There price was affordable for cremation. They were very caring with my concerns and desires for the memorial service. I was given as much time as needed to cut my dads hair and shave and were very attentive to my needs. I highly recommend them.

Their willingness to help in every aspect was so much appreciated. Days after the service, they still called to follow up. I wasn't expecting my husband's death this soon (nearly 50 years married). The only preparation he made was telling me he wanted to be buried at Mountain (Mt) View Cemetery in San Bernardino, CA. He had worked in the professional building and every day he would look at the old section on his way home. The mortuary staff was sincerely sympathetic and set up an appointment for our children and me. They asked our preferences, set up a payment plan for all we wanted, and worked with our needs. The cemetery foreman showed us all the areas, including one in the area my husband enjoyed looking at. Of course we chose that one, which is near a large liquid amber tree 🌳. It cost no more than the others, and I know he'd have chosen it. We were never hurried and were given lots of printed information. At home, we thought of a few changes which were readily accepted. The funeral day was very well organized with patient staff who kept all of us informed. I am so happy with Mt View Mortuary and Cemetery. At this heartbreaking time, they ensured that my husband's forever moments were pleasantly memorable. Thank you, Mt View Mortuary and Cemetery.
