Obviously no one goes to a place like this is a happy time but the staff was very kind and wonderful to deal with. We were looking for a simple cremation and got exactly what we were hoping for without all the ridiculous charges that seem to be the norm of their competitors.

I was in charge of preparations for my brother who was terminally ill and the first call I made was to Mt. Baker Cremation Society because it was important to my brother he be cremated. From the first interaction and every interaction that followed, there was only kindness and patience on the other end of the phone. Brad and Jake each explained what we would need and reinforced they would be there when my brother passed. They were and it all went exactly how they had explained. My emotions were a bit raw from the loss of my brother, but it felt when I called them that they were truly supportive and helpful and they even went above and beyond by explaining what I needed to carry some cremated remains on a plane. Highly recommend this company--they don't seem to be among those taking advantage of you during a difficult time. Thank you to Brad and Jake, and even the kind receptionist!

Everyone in this organization is first class. They went far beyond what was expected to help my family with two services in the last two years. It's not a service you usually plan on but when you need it we could not have asked for more. I could not thank Mt. Baker Cremation enough for their help in this difficult time
