As a professional business they should not get involved in a family dispute but they did. Had no problem sending out statements when wanting to be paid but once paid in full had to call to get a statement but argued with me about it and once again mentioned said family member. Also one employee is a rude obnoxious sob. When I called inquiring about my Mom's ashes I was informed they gave them to other family member. My family has always had Mosers for their service but I won't after this. Just be aware they don't stay neutral like they should.

We recently utilized their services, WOW! So respectful and sincere and absolutely honest. My mom and dad purchased a policy from an insurance company and had their funerals paid for. The original funeral home closed and no one notified my folks except for a letter from the insurance company, which was confusing. We decided to go to Mosers. A huge relief was lifted off our shoulder when they said the insurance company was reputable and they had worked with them. Their cost was higher than the policy was wrote for, and they were very honest and was able to adjust some pricing to help the hard blow. Brett and his team that worked with us were fantastic, we also had my moms policy switched and now have the comfort of knowing we will be in great hands!

Mike and Robyn are wonderful , caring and down to earth. The whole staff is friendly and 100 percent professional . The staff - every person -all patient with our ever changing requests . My family has used Moser’s for many generations . Mike and Robyn Ewing are carrying on the tradition of showing grace to families . Thank you for making a hard day very special and stress free .
