I was very pleased with the whole process and how quickly I got my personal items. The urn is gorgeous as is the whole set up. I would highly recommend talking to them and see if it is the perfect fit for you!!!

I lost my father 6 years ago and used a different place who did not compare to the Neptune society. I’ve already told some of my close friends that’s who we’re using. They are very compassionate and always checking on you and helped figured out everything. No pressure at all for anything and they really took the time to listen. Truly amazing staff.

The Neptune Society made it very easy to fulfill my mother's request for cremation. Her death was sudden and we had not planned for it, beyond her decisions made in her will. The Neptune Society was easy to contact, made the necessary arrangements, and didn't make me feel guilty. Their pricing was upfront and understandable in a time when I needed simplicity. They returned Mom home to us in a lovely cherry box, and provided any paperwork we might need without asking. I really appreciate the care and concern Gabby and the Neptune Society had for me and my family.
