We moved our mom from Arkansas to Texas in summer 2023 when her Alzheimer’s required daily family assistance. I remember the caring call we received from Robert notifying us that our mom’s remains had made it home to Arkansas. Robert engaged quickly with the Veterans Affairs to arrange for a military internment at the Fayetteville National Cemetery on a day and at a time that was perfect for our family. No matter the day or the time, Robert was always available to answer any questions and help us. Funerals and death are never easy but Robert made it feel seamless and allowed us to focus on family and grieving. At the end, there were no surprises or unexpected changes to our initial plans on our mom’s death. Robert is a total class act gentleman and we feel grateful for having met him and worked with him.
