Mark Rago and his entire staff are extremely professional and caring. From the minute my Mom passed they were there for us. They were extremely caring when they came to pick Mom up. Mark is the most gentle and caring person at a time when you need that. His staff were there for us, whatever we needed, they provided, effortlessly. The services were beautiful. They set up Mom’s Urn, the flowers and the family pictures perfectly. They made a sad and difficult time much easier for all of us. I can’t thank Mark and his staff enough for making everything perfect.

To start: Mark Rago my apologies for the delay here. My Mother Dorothy A Scarduzio died peacefully in Nov 2015 after decades of health related issues. The professionals at Monti-Rago Funeral home provided a beautiful dress and shoes. The day of her service My older sister Lisa,My wife Lenora and myself stood frozen as we first saw her.The painted wooden cross she had made and loved was in her hands as she lay there looking as if she was 20 years younger and napping I have to convey that was a shock and touched our hearts. I had major privacy concerns which Mark and i discussed and the event went very peaceful and orderly.

I wish I could give Monti Rago way more than five stars. Words could never express the wonderful kindness, compassion, care, love, and professionalism Mark, Dominic, Jake, and Nico showed to my family during my grandmother’s passing. Not only did they take excellent care of all of the arrangements and made my grandmother look beautiful, but they really treated us all like family. They were always there for all of us and went absolutely above and beyond for anything we needed or asked for. From the moment we made the arrangements, to leaving the burial site, everything went so smoothly thanks to their hard work and excellent organizational skills. Their professionalism, gentleness, and compassionate hearts is something that can never be replicated. You really feel like family to them and they go above and beyond to assist you with anything you may need during your time of loss. Mark and his team are simply best and I thank them all from the bottom of my heart and am sincerely grateful to them for helping easing the pain during our time of loss.
