Carlos Beltran, the groundskeeper, demonstrated remarkable compassion and attention to detail when he noticed a white film on the bench at my son's grave. Without hesitation, he took the initiative to clean it up, showing genuine care and empathy. His proactive and considerate actions made a difficult moment a bit easier, reflecting his dedication to his job and the people he serves.

We visited our mom’s (Mom & Grandma’s) grave for Mother’s Day and Carlos took the time to help us clean up the area. For Carlos, he said it was about the principle and he really took pride in his work and really did all the cleanup for us. It is always tough coming here emotionally but truly grateful and gratifying knowing Montecito has staff that cares about the work they provide. Our time here was perfect knowing our loved one’s final resting place is handled with dignity and compassion. Thank you Montecito and especially Carlos for going the extra mile. We are truly blessed and grateful for all that you do.

I want GIVE A BIG THANKS TO Cesar and his crew they have done an amazing job with my daughter head stone putting it in and her 3 vases, they came out to make sure we liked the work, very polite and care about your love ones gravesite and anything that we need. They are there. wonderful crew and also a shout out to Sandra for helping us with everything with my daughters plot we so much appreciate everybody.
