Update: A very nice manager has been in contact with me to get this issue resolved Service for my brother was good. Do not order head stone from them. You spend thousands of dollars and they don't put the head stone in. It's been 10 months since my brother passed away and he still don't have his. All they tell me is they have nobody who can put it in. So so frustrating Update: a manager has been in contact with me to try and make this right.

She was left questioning everything. I just feel they didn't give her the professionalism and direction she needed at such a delicate time.
